Smoking of tobacco products and e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited by State/Territory law inside any enclosed buildings within the park, within 4 metres of the entrance and/or exit of the reception building and within 10 metres of a children’s playground or any other recreational facilities.

Yes. Open fires are permitted in fire pits provided at BIG4 Port Hughes. If you choose to bring your own fire pit you must notify us at the time of booking to ensure it complies with guidelines.

Yes – we cater to late arrivals up to 10pm on the day of your arrival.
Please ensure you contact the park reception so you can be provided with all the information to check in after hours. If you are arriving after hours, please ensure you have organised to pay for your stay in full prior to your arrival. Payment can be made via the link provided in the pre-arrival email you will receive or by phone call to the park reception.
Our minimum night stay will be dependent on the dates you are looking to book. If you book via our website, you will be notified of the minimum night stay and if you call the park, our reception team will let you know if any minimum night stays apply.
We recommend booking prior to arrival, especially during peak periods and school holidays to avoid disappointment. However, we will always do our best to accommodate you where we can.
For any cabin bookings, we allow one vehicle per cabin. For site bookings, we allow one vehicle and either one caravan, camper trailer or tent. For more information, please visit the park rules page.
Yes, guests are more than welcome to bring a boat. The boat must be contained within the site/allocated parking space. Please enquire with reception for more information and to confirm there is plenty of space to park the boat.
Yes! We offer free guest Wi-Fi. Please be patient with us as the guest Wi-Fi connection and reception can be intermittent and slow, especially during busy periods.

Yes, we provide a dump point for guests in the park. Please refer to the park map or ask the friendly receptionists where the dump point is in the park.
